WHY WAS QSN ACADEMY CREATED?
QSN Academy was created to support companies in regulated industries to up-skill their people in core areas of GMP and ISO compliance, quality management, operational readiness and developing a mature quality culture.
There is such a need for practical training and mentoring across the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech industries because most companies either cannot sustain their own level of in-house mentoring or they don’t have the expert skillset to manage their training program so that they ensures compliance.

HOW DOES QSN ACADEMY WORK?
Courses are structured so that regardless of your learning style, there are training materials that will suit you – visual and auditory for the classroom learners and written instructions for the self-educators. And lots of practical activities so that you get to ‘do’ what you are learning.
Premium courses can be supported by ongoing mentoring if you require, to ensure skills are embedded in activities and your processes.
For those students with limited time or budget, then there is the ‘Do It Yourself’ DIY online-only courses and short free courses.
